This is an office-based Sales Support Executive role working closely with a Key Account Manager within a leading security services business.
Working hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a commercially focused internal role supporting the management and growth of established key accounts, with a strong focus on margin improvement, contract optimisation and long-term relationship development.
You will act as the internal commercial link between customers, operations and the Key Account Manager, helping to ensure accounts are fully optimised, commercially strong and delivering maximum value.
This is not a cold calling or outbound sales role. Instead, you will work with existing customers to identify opportunities to increase contract value through service enhancements, upselling and relationship-led account development.
As a Sales Support Executive, you will:
- Support the Key Account Manager in managing a portfolio of established security contracts
- Work with existing customers to identify opportunities to improve margin and contract performance
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers including facilities managers, operations managers and business owners
- Provide commercial support including pricing updates, contract changes and service optimisation
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services including manned guarding, CCTV, mobile patrols and alarm response
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline and account tracking activity
- Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual expectations
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and internal account coordination

The Requirements for the Sales Support Executive:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service or commercial administration is advantageous but not essential.
