Role Responsibilities:

  • Field-based Business Development Manager position targeting B2B clients and selling high-demand facilities services.
  • Engage decision-makers such as business owners, procurement teams, and senior managers.
  • Generate new business, identify prospects, self-generate appointments, build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Sell an essential service with strong market demand; ability to identify and engage target customers is key.
  • Order values are high, offering outstanding earning potential; average BDM earnings around £70,000, top performers exceeding £80,000.
  • Field-based four days a week, one day working from home.
