This is a field-based position where you will target B2B clients and sell high-demand facilities services. You will engage with decision-makers such as business owners, procurement teams, and senior managers. Your focus will be on new business generation, identifying prospects, self-generating appointments, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will be selling an essential service with strong market demand, so your ability to identify and engage target customers will be key.
Order values are high, offering outstanding earning potential; the average Business Development Manager earns around £70,000, with top performers exceeding £80,000. The role is field-based four days a week, with one day working from home. You will be supported by best-in-class operational service levels, customer care, and a world-class marketing team.
