The Role

  • Manage and develop an established portfolio of premium independent retailers and KBB studios across the North East & Yorkshire
  • Build long-term relationships with showroom owners, creating business plans to support growth
  • Increase product penetration and expand in-store footprint across existing accounts
  • Deliver product training and educate customers on new collections and innovations
  • Develop joint business plans with customers to maximise sales growth
  • Manage your territory with full autonomy, monitoring competitor activity and market trends
  • Negotiate in-store footprint, POS and gain market share

The Candidate

  • A field-based sales background and strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
  • A professional, consultative approach and strong territory planning ability
  • Strong negotiating skills, polished and career-oriented
  • An understanding of selling a 'premium brand' is advantageous. We are looking for a strong commercial all-rounder.

The Package

  • £50,000 basic, realistic £90,000–£100,000 OTE
  • High-spec company car or EV (Audi, BMW, Mercedes or equivalent)
  • Market-leading pension scheme + health cover
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Death in service x6 salary
