This is a player-manager role where you will sell structural metal products and solutions into the high-rise residential market. As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Specification Sales Managers while also directly managing and winning key projects yourself.
- Leading and developing the Specification Sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Managing high-profile projects and securing specifications.

Proven experience in a senior sales role within construction, structural products, or related industries - where you have sold a supply, design & install service. Experience managing a sales team while actively selling and securing projects. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. A track record of working with Tier One Main Contractors and (ideally) high-rise residential developers. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
