This is a player-manager role where you will sell structural metal products and solutions into the high-rise residential market. As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Specification Sales Managers while also directly managing and winning key projects yourself.

  • Leading and developing the Specification Sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Managing high-profile projects and securing specifications.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Tier One Main Contractors and high-rise residential developers.
  • Developing and executing a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
