The Role of Regional Sales Manager
This is a field / home based people management role covering the Midlands to the North of the Country. The Regional Sales Manager will coach, develop and support a team of 7 field sales Area Sales Managers. Develop revenue in your region through 121's, coaching sessions, and development plans for your team. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding.
