This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Specification Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-potential Northern territory with a premium interiors / KBB manufacturer. This role offers the opportunity to join a business where you are not simply managing an established patch, but helping shape and grow a region with significant potential. You will have the autonomy to develop your territory, build long‑term customer relationships and play a key role in driving the continued success of the business.

With a high degree of ownership, you will manage your diary, create strategic account plans and influence specification opportunities across the region. As Specification Sales Manager for the North, you will develop and secure specifications with regional house builders, influence projects from design stage through to installation, and build strong relationships with KBB contractors and merchants.

This is a genuine field‑based opportunity offering autonomy, ownership and the chance to make a visible impact.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing a strategic territory plan to maximise house builder specification opportunities
  • Winning and influencing specifications with house builders
  • Building relationships with key decision makers across developers, contractors, merchants and installers

  • Creating strong partnerships with not only housebuilders, but also KBB contractors and merchants
  • Identifying new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships
  • Developing a strong network of industry contacts across the Southern region
