Rare opportunity to join a leading UK waste and resource management business in a strategic Partnerships Manager role. This is a commercially focused position working with established broker and partner relationships, driving margin growth, strengthening long-term strategic partnerships and delivering end-to-end commercial account performance across a national portfolio. You will play a key role in managing and developing a network of waste service partners, ensuring optimal pricing, strong service delivery and sustainable growth across both national corporate accounts and regional business customers.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on managing and growing existing partner relationships within the waste and resource management sector.
- Managing and developing a portfolio of established broker and partner accounts across the UK waste and recycling market
- Driving commercial performance, with a strong focus on margin growth, pricing optimisation and account profitability
- Managing end-to-end contracted waste and resource management services through partner networks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders including Heads of Supply Chain, Procurement Directors, Operations Leaders and business owners
- Negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring ongoing value creation across all partner relationships
- Identifying opportunities to grow service lines, improve retention and enhance long-term contractual value
- Working closely with internal operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Taking full ownership of commercial performance across your allocated partner portfolio
