We are looking for a Specification Sales Manager to represent one of the most esteemed KBB manufacturer brands in the market, renowned for quality, design, and heritage, with a strong reputation across the housebuilder sector.
The Role of Specification Sales Manager β Housebuilders
- Manage around 80 Regional Developer Accounts and local offices of national housebuilders
- Win, track, and protect specifications as a Specification Sales Manager across new-build housebuilder developments
- Engage with decision-makers within housebuilder organisations including Commercial Directors and Procurement teams
- Build and maintain relationships with plumbing and heating merchants and KBB sub-contractors aligned to housebuilder projects
- Maintain and grow existing housebuilder accounts in a well-established, high-performing territory
- Territory performing strongly with a turnover of circa Β£5 million within the housebuilder and KBB sector
- Fully trained and supported by an experienced, collaborative team specialising in KBB and housebuilder markets
- Freedom to manage your own diary without micro-management
- Flexible working: 3β4 days in the field, 2β3 days WFH
- Role is approximately 80% account management due to strong existing housebuilder relationships
