The Role of Domestic Field Service Engineer:
This is a home/field based role. The successful Domestic Field Service Engineer will be responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns. You will attend domestic appointments and be responsible for fault finding and carrying out repairs on boilers. Being customer facing, the Domestic Service Engineer will ensure the highest quality customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of performance reports and supporting the sales team where possible.
