The Role of Specification Sales Manager:
- Target and manage social housing specification projects in your area tracking, winning and protecting specifications from start to finish.
- Call on new build social housing developers.
- Support M&E contractors/installers and back sell via electrical wholesalers such as CEF, Edmunsons, Rexel etc.
- Deal with a variety of stakeholders and decision makers including Asset Managers, Procurement, Electrical Managers, Sustainability Managers, Health & Safety and Contracts Managers.
The successful Specification Sales Manager will benefit from a strong pre-existing pipeline/customer relationships and importantly, a collaborative and supportive team with a great company culture.

As a result of a promotion and year-on-year growth coupled with market demand, this organisation is looking to recruit an additional Specification Sales Manager as they aim to capitalise on opportunities and want to give their customers an even greater level of focus and service.
The Candidate:
- Social housing specification sales experience is desirable. Candidates that have sold HVAC products or electrical products into social housing are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience tracking projects with M&E contractors and/or M&E consultants is encouraged.
- Experience selling specified domestic/electrical products to house builders or local authorities is of interest.
- Success on graduate trainee schemes with electrical wholesalers is also of interest.

The Package on offer for the Specification Sales Manager:
- Basic salary £45,000-£55,000 negotiable and dependent on experience.
