Excellent opportunity for a commercial HVAC professional to join a leading brand/manufacturer.
The successful Area Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and specifying their range of gas water heaters, storage solutions, space heaters, air source heat pumps, and solar thermal systems. You will be targeting commercial projects (sites with high water consumption) such as schools, sports & leisure, hotels, care homes, food & beverage, restaurants, and salons. You will be tasked with winning and tracking specifications with M&E consultants/contractors and influencing approved installers/contractors, ensuring where possible the company's state-of-the-art products are installed.
My client has been established for over 100 years and is part of a large group with subsidiaries all over the world. They are innovative and supply the commercial market with high-quality commercial HVAC products, offering high quality, energy, and cost-effective products to commercial buildings and construction projects.
I am looking for a strong commercial candidate that has sold HVAC products via specification into M&E contractors/consultants/architects.
