This is a home / field based role (4 days field based and 1 day working from home).
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing 150 accounts promoting this market leading brand and their design led interior finishing, bonded panel and component products.
The route to market and customer base are fabricators that include furniture manufacturers, shop fitters, kitchen and washroom manufacturers etc.
This role is available due to promotion and the incoming Area Sales Manager will inherit a strong pipeline and very well established relationships, responsible for a successful £10M patch.
This company is part of a larger group that turnover billions worldwide and who own multiple well recognised brands. This organisation turns over in excess of £250M in their own right and has manufacturing facilities in the UK and in Europe. With state of the art training facilities and an inclusive culture that promotes development, this organisation has propelled Area Sales Managers into Key and National Accounts and People Management positions.
Ideally, you will have sold into fabricators (shop fitters, furniture manufacturers, joinery fitters etc.). We are particularly interested in talking to candidates that have sold bonded panels, furniture components, surfaces, etc. Candidates that have sold other interior products such as flooring, ceramics, kitchen worktops, panelling, kitchen components, timber etc. are also of interest whether that be via fabricators or contractors.
