This is a field-based / home-based account management role with a leading interiors manufacturer operating at the premium end of the market. You will manage a well-established portfolio of independent retail partners across South Wales and the South West, focusing on account development, showroom support, and driving incremental revenue growth within existing relationships.

The territory benefits from strong brand presence, long-standing customer relationships, and a loyal retail customer base. Using a consultative approach, you will work closely with retailers to support showroom presentation, product positioning, merchandising, and overall brand development. This is a relationship-led role suited to a polished and commercially astute sales professional with experience selling premium products into retail environments.

Key responsibilities include:

The Candidate

We are looking for a consultative and commercially driven sales professional with experience managing retailers, showrooms, or distributor accounts. Experience within interiors, KBB, bathrooms, flooring, surfaces, or other design-led building products would be highly advantageous. Candidates selling premium commercial products into retail environments will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will:
