The Role of Area Account Manager
This is a home / field-based role covering the M62 Yorkshire / North West. Our client requires a skilled sales professional / Account Manager with a depth of skills and character to take a broad portfolio of high-quality industrial products.
As Area Account Manager, you will manage accounts with end users across sectors such as aerospace, food processing, education, nuclear, oil and aviation. You will talk to 'users of the products' to demonstrate them as well as Engineering Managers. This role involves 90% account management with a varied mix of clients that include large blue-chip companies as well as SMEs.

The Candidate (Area Account Manager)
- We are looking for a field-based Account Manager with:
- 12 months field sales B2B experience
- Experience in selling an industrial product to end users
- Proven track record with good account management skills
- An interest or experience in the industrial / mechanical sector is advantageous
- IT Savvy / basic level of competence with MS Office products
