The Role of Area Sales Manager
This is a field/home based Area Sales Manager role. As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Local Authorities and Social Housing providers. This role is a split between account management and developing business within existing accounts. In addition, you will be tasked with undertaking site surveys and will be dealing with decision makers such as Asset Managers, Repairs & Maintenance Managers, and Electrical Managers. You will be tracking projects and building a pipeline with social housing providers selling 'needed products.'
