The Role of Area Sales Manager Facades:

  • This is a field-based sales role covering the Southern Home Counties, where you will be responsible for driving business growth through the management of key accounts and the acquisition of new project opportunities.
  • You will be targeting a wide range of high-profile construction projects, including large-scale commercial developments, high-end residential schemes, and student accommodation projects.
  • Your focus will be on winning high-value tenders and securing long-term business through strategic engagement with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • You will work closely with major contractors such as Mace, Kier, and Laing O'Rourke, as well as top-tier developers including Vistry and Cala Homes.
  • This is a consultative sales role, involving regular engagement with C-level stakeholders and senior personnel including: Commercial Directors, Procurement Managers, Technical Directors, and Quantity Surveyors (QSs).
  • You will also be expected to build strong relationships with major architectural practices to drive early specification and ensure the company's façade systems are front-of-mind from design to installation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing high-value opportunities across key market sectors.
  • Managing and growing key accounts with Tier 1 contractors and national developers.
  • Securing specifications and negotiating tenders for high-order-value façade solutions.

  • Working collaboratively with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
