The Role of Area Sales Manager Facades
This is a field-based sales role covering the Southern Home Counties, where you will be responsible for driving business growth through the management of key accounts and the acquisition of new project opportunities. You will be targeting a wide range of high-profile construction projects, including large-scale commercial developments, high-end residential schemes, and student accommodation projects. Your focus will be on winning high-value tenders and securing long-term business through strategic engagement with key influencers and decision-makers.
You will work closely with major contractors such as Mace, Kier, and Laing O'Rourke, as well as top-tier developers including Vistry and Cala Homes. This is a consultative sales role, involving regular engagement with C-level stakeholders and senior personnel including: Commercial Directors, Procurement Managers, Technical Directors, Quantity Surveyors (QSs).
You will also be expected to build strong relationships with major architectural practices to drive early specification and ensure the company's façade systems are front-of-mind from design to installation.
