This is a field / home based / territory sales role covering the North West and West Midlands representing a market leading major brand within the construction industry. As Area Sales Manager, you will be managing an established area with a turnover of circa £10m.
This role is a mixture of account management, tracking projects and developing new business targeting Contractors, Public Sector customers, Local Authorities and Builders Merchants - tracking projects, a pipeline and submitting tenders.
You will manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers that include Procurement Managers, Branch Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, Stores Managers etc. You will be tasked with collaborating with colleagues who will support you.
