Area Sales Manager – Facades Area: Southern Home Counties The Role of Area Sales Manager Facades * This is a field-based sales role covering the Southern Home Counties, where you will be responsible for driving business growth through the management of key accounts and the acquisition of new project opportunities. * You will be targeting a wide range of high-profile construction projects, including large-scale commercial developments, high-end residential schemes, and student accommodation projects. * Your focus will be on winning high-value tenders and securing long-term business through strategic engagement with key influencers and decision-makers. * You will work closely with major contractors such as Mace, Kier, and Laing O\’Rourke, as well as top-tier developers including Vistry and Cala Homes. * This is a consultative sales role, involving regular engagement with C-level stakeholders and senior personnel including: Commercial Directors Procurement Managers Technical Directors Quantity Surveyors (QSs). * You will also be expected to build strong relationships with major architectural practices to drive early specification and ensure the company\’s façade systems are front-of-mind from design to installation.
