  • Grow account base by generating demand with contractors and expanding sales across the region.
  • Manage an area turnover of approximately £3M, developing existing accounts and identifying new ones for long‑term management.
  • Work closely with merchant sales teams, conduct joint visits to increase demand and revenue via the merchant channel.
  • Back‑sell through the merchant network, requiring a strong understanding of this route to market.
  • Build relationships at all levels, from trade counter to Regional Director within merchants.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong B2B construction industry sales track record.
  • Experience selling to contractors and merchants preferred.
