Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a market leading HVAC solutions provider.

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will operate remotely, covering the Midlands and north west region with a focus on driving business development and management of key accounts for HVAC products including Chillers, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps and Air Handling Units (AHU) via M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors and end-user channels.

The ideal Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will have strong experience in selling and managing key accounts for HVAC or Air Conditioning systems, Air Conditioning solutions, Industrial Refrigeration, Heat Pumps or similar HVAC related products.

Package:

£50,000-£60,000 depending on experience

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Role:

  • Driving business development and the management of key accounts for a range of HVAC products across the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration markets for chillers, heat pump products and solutions into end-user channels.
  • Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Sales Director to offer technical expertise, implement sales strategies to customers.
  • Collaborating with the projects and applications team to ensure technical HVAC solutions match with bespoke client expectation.
  • Strong relationship building skills with M&E Contractors and M&E Consultants.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments
  • Operate fully remote, covering the Midlands, north west region.

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements:

  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry.
  • A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
  • Experience selling heat pumps, chillers, fan coils and Air Handling Units (AHUs) or similar would be desired.
  • Selling and managing key accounts for HVAC or Air Conditioning systems, Air Conditioning solutions, Industrial Refrigeration, Heat Pumps or similar HVAC related products.
  • Willingness to work fully remote from home with regular travel to customer sites across the Midlands, north west region.
  • Full clean driving license required.
