This is a field-based A&D Specification Sales Manager role, focusing on project specification sales of premium design-led interior products to the A&D community.

You will promote and specify a high-end range of premium design led interior products across commercial projects, including offices, healthcare, and hospitality. Your clients will include interior design practices (A&D), architects, and contractors/end-users. You will manage a strong project pipeline, securing specifications for some of the UK’s most prestigious commercial developments.

We are looking for a polished, well-presented individual with a proven track record in A&D specification sales. Experience working with architects, interior designers, and specifiers is essential. A background in interior products specification sales (e.g. fabrics, commercial interiors, flooring, wall coverings, or furniture) is highly desirable. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers in commercial projects are required.

The package on offer includes:

  • Basic salary up to £57,000
  • OTE c. £45,000
