Responsibilities

  • As a key member of our HR function, you’ll be a key point of contact for managers and employees, offering practical advice across the full employee lifecycle.
  • You’ll play a vital role in shaping the employee experience, supporting employee relations / case management and key project activities.
  • Support managers with ER cases, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, recruitment and onboarding.
  • Lead on wellbeing initiatives and support visa / sponsorship compliance.
  • Use HR data to spot trends and support decision‑making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and HR projects.

The person we are seeking

  • You will be collaborative, solutions-focused and great at building trusted relationships, and have the following:
  • Essential
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience advising on employee relations and HR processes.
  • Confident with HR systems, Word, Excel and reporting.
  • It would be great if you also had:
    • CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
