Traffic Site Technician

We are looking for Traffic Site Engineers for the London area. You will need to travel to Bourne End, HP10 every morning.

This is a permanent position looking for a technician to install equipment.

Salary is £28,00-£30,000 per year with additional performance bonuses and annual bonuses

Company van is supplied, and company pension and sick pay are on offer.

You will need a good degree of physical fitness as this role is physically demanding.

Would suit candidoes from a van delivery driver or labourer background

The role offers 8 hours flexible shift patterns Monday to Friday with an option to work weekends.

There are also night shifts.

You will of course need a clean driver’s licence and ideally a CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Installation of traffic equipment on the street
• Use of power tools such as drills
• Installing battery powered CCTV cameras on lamp columns which will involve climbing ladders.
• Ability to read and understand maps
• Happy to navigate around the London area in a small van.
• Computer literacy to be able to download data captured on the streets.
• Occasional late evening work (infrequent)
