Our client is 10 years old and has the balance of funding, innovation, and intelligent, strategic growth. With them being pre-IPO, the timing here could be fantastic due to their game-changing proposition that is taking Cyber Security by storm, recognised as a leading product on the Magic Quadrant.

The role is an Enterprise Sales Development Representative focusing on the UK/Ireland market, with hybrid working (2 days a week in central London and 3 days from home). The successful professional will have a proven track record in an SDR capacity with exposure to Salesforce and will be fully equipped with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

The package is £80-90k + outstanding benefits on a 65/35% split, resulting in a basic salary of £50-58k. This is an intelligent consultative outreach with a target of 8 SQLs monthly, with the existing team all exceeding these targets. Exposure to BANT or MEDDIC is welcome.

This role could suit an SDR with 18 months of experience looking for the right opportunity to move through to an AE role within an 18-24 month period, or equally a fully experienced SDR who loves the role and wants a compelling proposition to reach a £100k package.
