An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for driving performance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day sales operations
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team
  • Setting and tracking sales targets
  • Analysing sales performance and preparing reports for senior leadership
  • Training and onboarding new team members
  • Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management (automotive sales experience is a plus)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Confident in analysing sales data and preparing reports
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality service
  • Willingness to work weekends and extended hours when needed
