Looking for a new and exciting opportunity for 2024 within a Quality Assurance Team and with a company that can offer scope for development and progression?
Our client, one of the fastest-growing multichannel retailers in the UK with over 170 stores across the UK, is recruiting for a QA Compliance Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months. You will support daily activities to ensure smooth operation of the department, including creation and maintenance of technical files on FOB products and supporting QA compliance technicians.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical files on products.
- Manage the FOB critical path ensuring accurate data recording.
- Capture new SKUs on the FOB critical path and request documentation from suppliers.
- Monitor FOB purchases for retesting and ensure updated documentation is on file.
- Support QA Compliance Technicians on product investigations.
- Manage sample storage and records.
- Ensure timely communication with suppliers and completion of instructions.
- Represent the QA team with buying and customer service teams.
- Provide regular updates on FOB product certification status.
- Offer general administrative support.
- Follow up with suppliers to meet QA documentation deadlines.
The role is office-based with some flexible working from home (up to 6 days/month). It is suitable for a well-organized, confident individual with strong Excel skills, good communication skills, and a valid UK driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience. The location is easily accessible from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield, and the M40.
