Looking for a new and exciting opportunity for 2024 within a Quality Assurance Team and with a company that can offer scope for development and progression? I have an exciting opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing multichannel retailers in the UK. Our client has over 170 UK stores stretched across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the islands and they are still growing! Due to their growth and success, they are recruiting within the Quality Assurance team for a QA Compliance Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months.
You will be supporting day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth-running operation of the department. This will include creation and maintenance of technical files on FOB products, as well as day-to-day support for the QA compliance technicians.
Responsibilities:- To ensure technical files on products are created and maintained.
- To manage the FOB critical path ensuring accurate data is recorded.
- Capture new SKUs on the FOB critical path requesting documentation from suppliers.
- Monitor FOB purchases for retesting on products to ensure updated documentation is on file.
- Support QA Compliance Technicians on product investigations where needed.
- Manage sample storage and records for the department.
- Ensure all supplier communications are understood and instructions are completed in relevant timescales.
- Represent the QA team around the business, working closely with buying and customer service teams.
- Regular updates to the team over status of FOB product certification.
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure QA documentation deadlines are met.
Our client is easily commutable from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield and accessible from the M40. Salary £24K - £27K. This is an office-based role with some flexible working from home x 6 days a month. The role requires a well-organised, confident individual who is able to handle a lot of data accurately and has good Excel skills. You will be liaising with external suppliers so excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You must hold a valid UK driving license with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
