My client is an innovative B2B marketing agency based in the heart of the Thames Valley, specialising in creating insight-led, imaginative, and technically advanced retail solutions for some of the world\’s leading global brands.

Due to their growth and success, they are recruiting for a Project Director who will play a pivotal role in guiding their clients to success. You\’ll lead a team of Project Managers, fostering their growth and supporting their career progression. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and timely projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete management of Project Management team
  • Complete ownership of each of your projects – planning and implementation to the highest quality, to deadline and to brief
  • Project status reporting and ongoing evaluation – proactively flagging challenges with urgency
  • Monitoring and improving service levels to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive best practice fabrication/construction methods & techniques and appropriate material selection
  • Supplier liaison for costs, lead times, fabrication & construction methods and QC
  • Identifying new & monitor current suppliers and support staff for price, quality and service levels.
  • Ownership of individual project P&L; cost analysis; meeting project financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; cross checking supplier costs and initiating corrective actions if required.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager / Director in a production environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to identify the most efficient, high-quality solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on team development and career progression.
  • A detail-oriented, tenacious approach to project management.
  • Flexibility to work in various environments, from the office to on-site installations.
  • Salary – Up to Β£65K
