Job Title – Project Co-ordinator Salary – £26,000 – £29,000 per annum Location – Cressex Industrial Estate, High Wycombe HP12 3YZ Hours – Monday – Friday – 9am- 5pm 1 hour for lunch 35 hour week My client is currently looking for a Project Co-ordinator based at our High Wycombe Head Office. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. This Role of Project Co-ordinator The main responsibilities of the Project Co-ordinator will be: Key Activities Administrative support to Procare Teams including: Updating the engineering resource planner weekly with progress dates and information. Forward planning and scheduling of engineering resources. Scheduling of Procare engineer’s holidays. Co-ordinate & schedule / re-schedule engineer’s daily works / tasks Provide engineers with information required to carry out their works. Assist/review of order / contact terms & conditions to ensure services are achievable. Administration, both internal / external: From standard template issue RAMs as required. Produce and issue Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) Review and forward to Site Attendance Reports (SARS) to clients. Review follow-up actions and coordinate the activity. Provide billing updates to accounts to facilitate invoicing. Update EMS as new / updated info received Assist with client / commissioning / projects team liaison via telephone & email. Forward any relevant info to relevant people. Provide clients with Prolojik insurance details when requested – PPQ Process Procare orders in SAGE Prepare and issue quotations for remedial and minor additional works, critical spares to be held on sites, and upgrades. Most of the requirements will have been identified by the ProCare engineers during scheduled and reactive attendances. Develop and track customer satisfaction KPIs such as response time, issue resolution, reporting Key skills the Project Co-ordinator need to have are: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude. · A degree in business admin, project management, engineering or similar would be an advantage. · Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail. · Ability to negotiate and manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. · High attention to detail ensuring all documentation is accurate and filed correctly. · Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to take quick and correct action in a high-pressured environment. · Have a demonstrable record of managing people and complex projects. · Client relationship management ensuring they receive all relevant information when requested. · Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines. · Excellent problem solving skills who looks for proactive solutions for any challenges that arise. · A team player with empathy and compassion.
