The Role
- Proactively contacting overseas customers to establish and build relationships.
- Understanding their goals, challenges, and needs.
- Identifying training opportunities to support the relationship and conducting relevant training.
- Being the point of contact to answer customer queries, resolve problems, and provide solutions.
- Interpreting and explaining customers’ data to demonstrate the value of our product and ROI.
- Utilising internal tools and data to add value to our proposition.
- Presenting Rightmove products and new initiatives to customers.
- Handling objections and presenting alternative solutions.
- Identifying new business opportunities, presenting, and closing with bespoke advertising solutions.
- Accurately recording information in relevant databases and systems.
