We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative fluent in Spanish for a leading Technology Vendor. This role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week from central London.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cold outreach to new prospects.
  • Investigate customer problems and challenges and identify opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Use channels like LinkedIn, calls, and emails to target prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and outbound strategies.
  • Identify trends from prospective customers to share with relevant teams.
  • Track all sales activities on Salesforce and other tools.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Native German and fluent English speakers, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Self-starter with a successful track record.
  • Hunter profile, working with AEs to develop leads and sell products.
  • Adaptable to changing environments, flexible to work extended hours during peak periods.
  • Ideally 1-2 years in business development or lead generation, preferably phone-based.
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or cybersecurity sectors is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong cold calling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Creative, high sense of urgency, sincere, hungry to succeed, and eager to contribute to a growing business.
