I am searching for an Outbound Sales Development Representative Fluent German speaking for a leading Technology Vendor.
Hybrid working with 2 days a week from central London.
- Cold outreach to new prospects.
- Out-bounding is the main focus, however there will also be some inbound.
- Investigate customer problems and challenges and identify opportunities for Account Executives.
- Leverage channels across LinkedIn, calls, and emails, to target prospects.
- Work closely with Account Executives to refine messaging and targeted outbound strategy.
- Identify trends from prospective customers to share with the product, marketing and customer success teams.
- Track and log all sales activity on Salesforce and other tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Native German and fluent English speaker; any other languages are a considerable plus.
- Self-starter personality with a track record of success.
- Hunter profile that will work with their AEs to develop lead sources and learn to sell our products.
- Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods at the end of the month and at the end of the quarter.
- Ideally 1-2 years in business development, lead generation (phone-based).
- Experience in SaaS/enterprise/cyber security companies is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong cold caller.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Creative, high sense of urgency, sincere, hungry to succeed, and eager to work as part of a growing business.
