My client who are a Family Leisure Park are seeking an Operations Project Manager to play a key role in the success, sustainability, and growth of their growing business.
As part of their central support team, the Operations Project manager will manage the operational delivery of new park openings and refurbishments, ensuring projects are cohesive, on-budget, and aligned with the company’s purpose and values.
Reporting to the COO, the PM also take on high-impact projects that add value and propel the business forward, ensuring exceptional service, clear communication, and accountability across all initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Act as the central operations contact for new site openings, acquisitions, and refurbishments, coordinating across departments and leading scheduled meetings.
- Manage and update the openings GANTT chart to reflect changes.
- Maintain communication with the Head of Operations for smooth project handovers.
- Advocate for operational needs during design meetings to ensure practical design solutions.
- Ensure site compliance with BOH and FOH standards.
- Collaborate on demographic research to support sales forecasting and outreach planning.
- Oversee budgets for pre-opening expenses, including training, recruitment, and logistics.
- Coordinate pre-opening orders and delivery schedules.
- Accurately track and manage all costs within budget and timeline constraints.
- Lead operational improvement projects and oversee brand standards implementation and review.
It is essential that you are a car owner (car allowance provided) so that you can visit sites. The role holder would need to ensure that they can be in the London offices (Kings Cross) every Wednesday and Thursday each week. The remaining days would consist of working 1 day in a Park on site and the remaining 2 days from home.
