We have an exciting opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing multichannel retailers in the UK. Our client has over 170 UK stores stretched across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the islands and they are still growing! They have an opening within their Online Team for an Online Merchandising Executive covering maternity cover. You will be responsible for planning and executing engaging content across their websites. Reporting into their Online Merchandising and Content Manager, the purpose of the role will be bringing their amazing brands to life across their various platforms and delighting their customers with a best-in-class customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, analyse and optimise landing pages to deliver best-in-class customer journeys.
- Own the on-site customer journey and experience including product categorisation for defined categories.
- Create and analyse strategies that support cross and up sell strategies to drive against KPIs.
- Activate engaging customer facing content campaigns to drive their brand profile.
- Take an active role in their Test & Learn programme, proposing new functionality, content ideas and customer experience improvements.
- Use analytics tools to measure and review site and content performance, use data to influence decision making with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships across internal and external stakeholders including regular agency reviews.
- Support UK and International partners with digital best practice and facilitate product data sourcing.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and software, work with relevant departments to report and resolve.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and developments and identify realistic opportunities.
