Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring high levels of service, efficiency, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.
- Manage distribution activities to achieve on-time deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams.
- Drive health and safety compliance and operational best practice.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
