The role starts as a Mon-Fri days shift with an early finish Friday lunchtime weekly, resulting in a 4.5 day week. Working hours are Mon-Thurs, with Fridays starting salary at £38k + private healthcare and excellent benefits including pension and many other perks.

The NDT Technician’s role is responsible for undertaking a variety of processes including:

  • Product verification of components for the NDT Department.
  • Carrying out non-destructive testing of materials.
  • Responsible for assembly of test items in line with Company procedures.
  • Monitoring shielding levels in the radiographic facility to ensure they meet defined National Safety levels.
  • Completing chemical testing of DPI / MPI process to ensure materials and facilities are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Being conversant with and able to generate and maintain test and inspection documentation.
