Our client is a UK market leader within the commercial catering sector. Due to exciting growth, they are looking for a National Account Manager to spearhead growth within their hotel sector specialism.

£50-55k base salary with quarterly commission to a £70k Year 1 + car/car allowance. Great mentor, collaborative culture and a driven team of BDMs and KAM as well as strong sales support and marketing on offer here.

This role is a 60/70% focus on driving revenue with the nationwide hotel chains and would require someone who has specific hotel chain experience, working both on-site and at Head Office level. The role is to increase spend within these key clients and will need someone with a proven track record of maximising hotel spend, becoming a main supplier and securing mutually beneficial working relationships.

Fast-paced role requiring strong commercial acumen, creativity and an analytical approach to what has worked well and any learns along the way. Travel nationwide from HO in London and the South with some key sites in the North and the more occasional trip up to Scotland.

Strong organisational skills, diary management - being that reason why and happy representing a client where at the quality/premium end of the market. Will be familiar with contract management, negotiation, pricing documentation.

Quarterly get-togethers for engagement, best practice and L+D as well as plenty of interaction with BDMs and KAM as part of a great team and collective.
