Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity – Princes Risborough (Also open to candidates currently undertaking a relevant Engineering apprenticeship with some hands-on experience)

We’re working with a long-established, family-run furniture manufacturer based in Princes Risborough, a company that has proudly been part of the region’s rich furniture-making heritage for over 100 years. With deep roots in the High Wycombe area, this firm is known for its high-quality craftsmanship and constant innovation to meet customer needs.
The Role:
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- General machinery maintenance and breakdown response
- Supporting the continuous operation of essential production equipment
This is a hands-on, varied position that’s ideal for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer OR an apprentice nearing completion of a relevant engineering program, with some practical workshop/factory experience
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime when needed (paid at favourable rates)
Hours & Pay:
- Standard hours: Monday to Thursday (8 hours/day), Fridays (6 hours)
- 39-hour week, flexible day shift based on seasonal demand
- Overtime available and paid at enhanced rates
- Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
