I am recruiting for an HR Director for a 12-month fixed-term contract for an industry-leading manufacturer with quality truly at the heart of what they do. My client is renowned for their innovative products, which seamlessly blend high-grade aluminium with precision engineering. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a critical leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support across all HR functions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
