$B Cyber Vendor is searching for a Senior Sales Manager to run a Team of Account Executives across the DACH Territory. Looking for a driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead, coach, and motivate their team to overachieve their quota.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic “go to market” business plans
- Manage the team’s performance and productivity to achieve targets
- Motivate and drive high-performance teams and promote a culture of achievement
- Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new Clients
- Establish a "trusted partner" relationship internally and externally
- Deep knowledge of sales cycles and hands-on Sales
- Following up with accounts, formally and informally, to measure satisfaction level
- Participate in selected industry activities, organizations, and trade shows as assigned
- Handle customer escalations
- Work together with the marketing team to build a solid go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 3 years Plus as a leader within a software business
- Proven track record of success
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Sales Methodology MEDDIC etc
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Travel is required as needed, mostly within Europe
