Senior Sales Manager CPI Selection Munich, Bavaria, Germany (Fully Remote)

$B Cyber Vendor is searching for a Senior Sales Manager to run a Team of Account Executives across the DACH Territory. Looking for a driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead, coach, and motivate their team to overachieve their quota.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic “go to market” business plans
  • Manage the team’s performance and productivity to achieve targets
  • Motivate and drive high-performance teams and promote a culture of achievement
  • Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new Clients
  • Establish a "trusted partner" relationship internally and externally
  • Deep knowledge of sales cycles and hands-on Sales
  • Following up with accounts, formally and informally, to measure satisfaction level
  • Participate in selected industry activities, organizations, and trade shows as assigned
  • Handle customer escalations
  • Work together with the marketing team to build a solid go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 3 years Plus as a leader within a software business
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong Sales Methodology MEDDIC etc
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Sales Hunter at heart
  • Travel is required as needed, mostly within Europe
