The Park Manager will develop, lead and empower a highly motivated and talented team to deliver both brilliant basics and moments that matter for every one of their customers. They will be accountable for their business, taking full ownership of their profit & loss from day one. They will combine their financial insight with customer feedback to drive sales and grow revenue, ensuring the team are engaged and onboard. They will invest time and knowledge into their team, training and coaching for success and succession. They will be an inclusive leader with a passion for people, leisure, hospitality and delivering the ultimate customer experience. They will be adept in juggling both planning and forecasting with the day to day of running the park and lead by example in all disciplines. An ambassador for the brand, who will take pride in their Park and local community, through business development opportunities and building strategic partnerships. They will be creative, brave and curious and create a culture to reflect these attributes and behaviours.
