Our client is a global market leader working within the Aerospace industry. Due to exciting growth plans, they are hiring for a number of different Production Operatives/Assembly Operatives and skilled Technicians within their UK HO site in Denham, near Uxbridge.

The roles on offer vary across different departments. The core roles in Production/Assembly require a mechanical engineering background/exposure, experience using hand tools, and the ability to read and follow technical drawings. A high level of manual dexterity, a quality eye for detail, and a dedication to get it right first time are essential.
The roles are a Mon-Fri days shift, 37 hour week with an early finish Friday lunchtime (Mon-Thurs 0800-1630, Fri 0800-1200). Starting salary range from £33-35k + consistent and plenty of overtime and outstanding benefits. For some departments, there is an opportunity to move onto a 4 on 4 off day shift, taking the basic salary up to £40k+.
Due to exciting growth plans, in addition to the core Production and Assembly roles, there are more specialist positions available. Any of the following skill-sets are welcome:
- Finishing Assembly working in an Annexe department
- Specialist Piping Assembly Operative
- Brazer/Fabricator
Any successful applicants would have to be able to provide a 5 year referencing history and complete a criminal record check.
