Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and Data & Documentation Administrator to manage the coordination and release of information and hardware for a key aerospace program. This role ensures the secure handling and timely submission of technical documentation and reports while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control the central reference system for program documentation.
- Generate and submit required customer reports, including IUID, EEL, and ADBOM SDRLs.
- Release data to customers via designated portals (JDL, LDM, and I2S).
- Manage external data sharing through SharePoint.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain contact registers.
- Organize and control documents within internal drives and SharePoint sites.
- Maintain program communication plans and document off-system shipments.
- Uphold data integrity and security standards.
- Perform additional tasks to support program efficiency and quality.
Required Experience & Skills:
Essential:
- Strong data processing and coordination experience within a technical environment.
- Knowledge of engineering terminology.
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with solid administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), web-based applications, Adobe Acrobat, and SAP.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:
