Job Title – Customer Service Assistant
Location – Bourne End, Bucks
Salary – Β£27,000 pa
Hours – Monday – Friday – 830am-5pm
Benefits:
37.5hr week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm β 1hr lunch β site based)
25 days holiday + B/H
Pension (personal pension) Employer contributes 6% if employee contributes 3% (salary sacrifice is also available)
Death in service benefit (3 x annual salary paid to estate)
Critical illness cover (long term illness insurance β covers up to 75% of pre illness salary until retirement age reached)
Staff bonus 5% of annual salary (has been paid last 3 years but not guaranteed β based on profit achieved)
