We have a lovely opportunity for case worker roles in Windsor. The position is a one stage interview with a start date of 9th October. Salary is £20,500-£22,000 depending on experience. The office is based in central Windsor with a fabulous selection of eateries, shops, and amenities right on the doorstep. There are also full facilities for staff if you prefer to bring your own lunch in.

You will be assigned personal injury cases which you will be handling from start to finish. Full training will be given, and you will be working with a large supportive and friendly team. Ideally you will have previous experience in call handling or case handling or have at least 6 months experience in a customer service role.

Duties include:

  • Corresponding with claimants, solicitors and medical experts via email and letters
  • Making outgoing calls and taking incoming calls
  • Diary work and data entry
  • Asking Doctors to produce independent medical reports
  • Arranging medical tests and investigations as required
  • General admin duties

Attention to detail and accuracy are imperative to this role, you also need good communication skills, being polite, friendly and professional as you will be liaising with professionals and claimants. Discretion is an absolute must as you will be dealing with sensitive and personal data. This is a genuinely interesting and rewarding position as you will see each case through from start to finish.
