Our client is a UK market leader with a great reputation for providing premium food products into the fine dining sector. This opportunity is a 60/40% Account Management vs New Business role, with 95% of the client base located in London, mainly central London, with some exceptions in the South East region.

Paying up to £60k base + another £10k OTE, company vehicle or full travel expenses for those who do not drive, along with a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare.

The role involves Account Managing, consulting, and selling to executive chefs, ensuring they have the most premium products to create outstanding dining experiences. A food/hospitality expert with credibility, understanding, and exposure within hospitality is essential, as only the most premium products and expertise will influence menu changes and recommendations, such as seasonal changes and optimum timing of varying fresh produce.

You will be supported by a highly knowledgeable Sales Manager and an inspirational Sales Director, with an existing client base that is the envy of competitors, and a name/brand/reputation that will open doors for you.

This is a client-facing, fast-paced, and exciting role, requiring 4 days a week with face-to-face meetings in some of the most prestigious high dining environments. There is a real-time daily/weekly element of knowing your client base, their spend, and market share with you. The role offers great infrastructure and dedicated customer support to allow you to spend your time with clients, maximising relationships, spend, and market share.
