I’m working with a leading manufacturer based near High Wycombe to find a confident and detail-focused Supply Chain Analyst to take ownership of outsourced product supply, inventory management, and delivery performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across teams and building strong supplier relationships, while keeping a close eye on data, forecasts, and performance.

The role: You’ll be responsible for overseeing the flow of outsourced products, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and deliveries run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Supply Chain Apprentice, Factory Planning, and Customer Service teams to keep everything aligned and operating efficiently. A big part of the role will be monitoring supplier performance, driving continuous improvement, and making sure communication between suppliers, the warehouse, and customers (via Customer Service) is clear and effective.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse monthly demand and produce accurate forecasts
  • Maintain ERP/MRP systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Monitor inbound volumes to the warehouse to ensure smooth intake within agreed SLAs
  • Hold regular supplier meetings to review performance and resolve any issues
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
  • Work closely with internal teams to support planning and customer delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • Around 5+ years’ experience in a supply chain role
  • Strong experience in forecasting and inventory management
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident Excel user
  • Good time management and able to work well under pressure
